Each delivery is a carefully curated surprise. We arrange unique compositions using the freshest seasonal flowers. You will never receive the exact same bouquet twice: we ensure the color palette and flower selection change, bringing new vibrant vibes to your home.

You don’t need to be a florist! All flowers arrive professionally arranged into a beautiful, ready-to-display bouquet. All you need to do is trim the stems and place them in fresh water.

Our subscription concept is built on trusting the florist's taste and celebrating seasonality, so specific flower choices aren't available. However, you have full control over the volume: you can easily change the bouquet size for your next delivery in your personal account.

Freshness is our priority. With proper at-home care (regularly changing the water and trimming the stems), your bouquet will delight you for over a week.

No, a vase is not included in the base price. You will receive your flowers in our signature wrapping, perfectly prepared for your favorite vase at home.

We deliver flowers throughout the Lahti area and its suburbs to the address specified during your first order. If you move or want to send a specific delivery to your office, you can easily update the address in your personal account.

Subscription deliveries run from Thursday to Saturday. The day and time of your first delivery will become your regular schedule (e.g., every second Friday between 2 PM and 4 PM). If your plans change, you can always adjust your schedule in your account.

Don't worry! We always send a notification before delivery, and the courier will try to contact you upon arrival. If you know in advance that you won't be home, simply reschedule or skip the upcoming delivery in your personal account with just a few clicks.

The delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the address. For central Lahti and nearby areas, delivery starts at just 4.90 €, and for further zones, the maximum is 11.90 €.

Absolutely! Going on vacation or just want a break? Your personal account has a convenient pause feature. Skip specific weeks or freeze your subscription for a set period, no questions asked.

Yes, you are in full control of your schedule. All changes can be made independently in your personal account before your next order is processed.

It depends on your chosen plan:

• Pay-per-delivery: The first charge happens at checkout, and all subsequent charges occur automatically on the day of each delivery.
• Prepaid: The full amount for the entire period is charged once at checkout.

We are strictly against hidden conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account - no fees, no penalties, and no need to call customer support.

It’s the perfect gift! For gifting, we highly recommend choosing the Prepaid plan (a one-time purchase for 3+ deliveries). This way, the recipient just enjoys the flowers, and you won’t have to worry about recurring charges. Don't forget to enter the recipient's contact details in the shipping address!
