Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay via secure Shop Pay checkout.

Can I order flowers anonymously?

Yes. We do not reveal the sender's name unless you sign the card yourself. The courier only sees the delivery address and recipient's phone number for contact purposes.

Can I order with a corporate invoice (verkkolasku)?

Yes. For invoice orders, please simply email us your order details and billing information. We will process these orders manually.

Can I add a card or personal note?

Yes! You can select the "Add a card" option on the product page and enter your text. We will include your personal message with the bouquet.

Delivery

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We deliver to Central Lahti and surrounding areas (approx. 4–5 km radius from our shop). The exact delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the address.

How fast do you deliver?

We offer express slots for today. We can arrange and deliver your order within the Lahti area in just 1-2 hours.

Can I request a specific delivery time (e.g., exactly at 14:00)?

We aim to deliver within your selected time slot. However, due to courier traffic, please allow for a ±15 minute window around the requested time.

What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available if ordered before closing time. Please note: early time slots close 1 hour before the slot ends (e.g., for 12:00–14:00 delivery, order by 13:00).

What if the recipient is not home?

We always contact the recipient beforehand (via SMS or call) to schedule a convenient time. We never leave flowers at the door or outside to ensure they don't freeze.

Will the flowers freeze during delivery?

No. We use professional multi-layer thermal packaging. Your flowers will arrive fresh and safe, even in Finnish freezing weather.

Flowers & Care

Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?

We always strive to recreate the bouquet exactly as pictured. Since flowers are a living material, nature makes every bloom unique. We guarantee to maintain the composition's overall style, color palette, and volume. Any necessary substitutions will be made with care to ensure your bouquet remains fresh and stunning.

Can I order a custom bouquet not listed in the catalog?

Absolutely! Contact us via the "Contact Us" form or email. Share your ideas and budget, and we will create a custom bouquet for you and send a payment link.

Customer Service & Store

Can I cancel or change my order?

If the order has not been arranged or shipped yet, we will cancel and refund it fully. Contact us immediately! If the courier is already on the way, cancellations are no longer possible.

Where is your shop located and can I pick up my order?

Our shop is at Rautatienkatu 10 3A, 15110 Lahti. Select "Pick up" at checkout and choose your preferred pickup time slot.

I am having trouble placing an order.

Don't worry! Please contact us via the "Contact Us" form or email. We will create the order for you manually and send you a secure payment link.
