1. General Conditions

We accept returns and refunds under specific conditions outlined below. All returns and refunds must meet these conditions to be eligible for processing:

  • Time Frame: Returns or refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including any packaging and accessories. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund unless the issue is due to a fault in the product.

 

2. Oil Paintings

Oil paintings are original pieces of art and are carefully inspected before sale. Due to their unique nature, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns are only accepted if the painting has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during purchase.
  • Custom or commissioned paintings are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Paintings must be returned in the same condition as sold, without any damage or alterations.

 

3. Flowers

We take great care to ensure the freshness and quality of our flowers. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, the following conditions apply:

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available if the flowers are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Flowers must be returned in their original arrangement and packaging.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

 

5. Refund Process

If your return meets the above conditions, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If you paid in cash, refunds will be issued in cash.
  • Any shipping or delivery costs associated with the purchase are non-refundable.

 

6. International Shipping of Oil Paintings

We are happy to ship our original oil paintings abroad. For international orders, the following additional terms apply:

  • Right of Withdrawal: Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason. This does not apply to custom or commissioned paintings.
  • Shipping Damage: If the painting is damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging and the painting itself.
  • Returns: Due to the high cost of international shipping, returns are accepted only in cases of defects, damage during shipping, or valid withdrawal within 14 days. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns under the right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund Process: Refunds for international purchases will only be issued once the painting is returned to us in its original condition. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return.
  • Customs and Duties: Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable.
