1. Processing & Shipping Time

• Ready-to-ship paintings are dispatched within 3 days of purchase.
• Custom paintings require 7 days for creation, after which they are shipped within 3 days.

2. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping except countries that are listed below.

Transport connections are currently cut off to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, East Timor, El Salvador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, and Yemen. 

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

• Orders are shipped via local post.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once the order has been shipped.

5. Packaging
All paintings are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Damages & Replacements
If a painting arrives damaged, customers must provide photo or video proof of the damage. We offer:

• A full refund, OR
• A replacement painting, depending on the customer's preference.
